The Policy described below is aligned with Law No. 29733 (the “Personal Data Protection Law”), Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS approving its Regulations, Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS approving the new Regulations of the Personal Data Protection Law, and the Information Security Directive of Peru (hereinafter, the “Applicable Legislation” and the “Personal Data Protection Regulation”).

Acceptance of the privacy policy of iSE LLC (hereinafter “Privacy Policy”), is a necessary condition for the use of our website and the provision of the service (hereinafter the “Service”). This Privacy Policy regulates the collection, processing and use of your personal and non-personal information as a user of iSE LLC, as of the effective date that appears in the header. To process your personal data, iSE LLC complies with the Applicable Legislation, current, local, as well as its development regulations.

At iSE LLC, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and complying with current regulations regarding personal data protection. Below, we detail the types of information we collect and how we use it:

2.2.5. Comments and Reviews We collect the information, personal or not, contained in the comments on our blog articles and the reviews and ratings of the courses.
2.2.6. Social Media Activities We collect your photograph, name and nickname if you decide to participate in our social media activities or complete your profile.

3.- Rights and purposes
We inform you that filling out the forms is voluntary. However, if you do not fill in the mandatory fields (usually marked with an asterisk), the use of some functions of the Service will not be possible or will be limited. The personal data you provide will be incorporated and processed in the Register of Processing Activities of iSE LLC in order to attend to your requests, provide the requested service and keep you informed about issues related to the activity of the company and its services.
3.1.- User Rights
You can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability and limitation of the processing of your personal data by email addressed to: You must identify yourself with your name and surname, in addition to a copy of your ID or National Passport, if necessary.
iSE LLC's procedure regarding the exercise of Arco Rights by the user is subject to the provisions and deadlines established by the Personal Data Protection Regulatory Framework.
In the event that you have granted consent for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
In addition, if you consider that there is a problem with the way iSE LLC is handling your data, you can direct your claims to the corresponding one, being the National Authority for Personal Data Protection the indicated one in the case of Peru.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, iSE LLC may keep certain information of the User requesting the withdrawal, in order to serve as evidence in the event of a claim against iSE LLC for liabilities derived from the processing of said information. The duration of such retention may not exceed the legal prescription period of such liabilities.
3.2.- Right to Data Portability
Personal data holders have the right to receive their data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another controller without hindrance. To exercise this right, you can follow the following procedure:
3.2.1.- Portability Request: Holders can request the portability of their data by sending a request addressed to the controller. Send a request addressed to the controller to [email protected]. The controller must respond within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.
3.2.2.- Limitations: The right of portability does not apply when the data processing is based on compliance with a legal obligation or on the exercise of public powers conferred on the controller, in this case iSE LLC.
3.2.3.- Security Measures: During the portability process, appropriate security measures will be implemented to protect your personal data against unauthorized access or loss.
3.2.4.- Costs: Data portability will be free for the holder, unless they are unfounded or excessive requests, in which case the controller iSE LLC, may charge a reasonable cost.
3.3.- Notification of Security Incidents
The new Regulation of the Personal Data Protection Law in Peru establishes that companies, in this case iSE LLC must notify the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPDP) about any security incident involving personal data within 48 hours of having become aware of it.
3.3.1.- Notification Deadline: iSE LLC has a maximum period of 48 hours to inform the ANPDP from the moment it detects or is informed of a security incident affecting personal data.
3.3.2.- Content of the Notification: The notification will include detailed information about the incident, such as the nature of it, the personal data compromised, the measures adopted to mitigate the impact, and the actions taken to avoid future incidents.
3.3.3.- Notification Procedure: iSE LLC follows the procedure established by the ANPDP to make the notification, which may include the use of specific forms and designated communication channels.
3.3.4.- Corrective Measures: In addition to the notification, iSE LLC undertakes to implement immediate corrective measures to protect the affected personal data and prevent the recurrence of the incident.
4.- Age
Regarding the use of the online service, you declare that you are of legal age and that you have the necessary legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and use the site in accordance with its terms and conditions, which you understand and recognize in its entirety. You declare that all information provided to access the Service, before and during its use, is true, complete and accurate.
In the event that iSE LLC collects and processes the personal data of minors, necessary and essential for the development of the contractual relationship with the minor user, iSE LLC will inform the holder of the personal data and/or their legal guardian about the purposes of the processing of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Law in Peru.
5.- Use of Data
iSE LLC will use the collected data to:
- Administer and update the Service.
- Attend to the questions and comments you raise.
- Manage your registration on the platform.
- Process the payments you make and issue the corresponding invoices.
- Manage and provide you with the free online courses we organize on the platform.
- Manage and provide you with the paid online courses we organize on the platform.
- Manage and provide you with the course packs, subscriptions or memberships you contract.
- Manage and provide you with the services related to your subscription.
- Publish a comment on the articles in the “Blog” section.
- Manage your participation in the forums enabled for each course.
- Publish your reviews and ratings on the courses you have taken and manage them.
- Verify, prepare and issue the certification that may correspond to the course taken and completed.
- Send you promotional offers related to the contracted service by email. You can oppose the sending of them from the email received itself or by contacting us at [email protected]. However, we will continue to send you certain correspondence of ours, such as messages regarding the security of your data or the terms and conditions of the Service.
- Maintain the security of the Service, investigate illicit activities, enforce our terms and conditions and help the state security forces and bodies in the framework of their possible investigations.
- Manage and provide individual courses, specializations, free and paid resources, memberships and services for content creators. iSE LLC does not use automated decisions, although it can generate basic user profiles, our legal basis being the legitimate interest for commercial purposes and providing personalized offers.
5.1.- In emails and contact forms
The Service website has an SSL certificate that allows the user to send their personal data securely through standard contact forms.
The personal data collected will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the corresponding files of the processing activities register and of which iSE LLC is the holder.
In that sense:
- Your IP will reach us, which will be used to verify the origin of the message in order to offer you appropriate recommendations (for example, presenting the information in the correct language) and to detect possible irregularities (for example, possible cyberattack attempts on the Service), as well as data related to your ISP.

- At no time will the Service or its staff have access to 1) bank details (for example, the credit card number) that the user as a client will provide to those third parties, 2) data about the user's accounts in other services, unless they are connected to the iSE LLC account.
- On the other hand, certain services provided through the website (for example, the possibility of participating in a contest or promotional code draw) may contain particular conditions regarding personal data protection. It will be necessary to accept them before participating in those services.
5.2.- On social networks
iSE LLC has profiles on some of the main social networks being responsible for the processing in relation to the data published on them (for example, photos uploaded by iSE LLC in which people's faces appear).
The processing that iSE LLC will carry out with the data within each of the referred networks will be, at most, that which the social network allows to corporate profiles.
Thus, iSE LLC may inform, when the law does not prohibit it, our followers by any means that the social network allows about its activities or offers.
In no case will iSE LLC extract data from social networks, unless the user's consent was obtained punctually and expressly for it.
Your participation in iSE LLC courses may imply the capture of your image and that it is shared on our social networks. If you prefer not to appear, contact us through the social network itself or at [email protected] and we will remove the image.
5.3.- In sweepstakes
When participating in promotional actions organized exclusively by iSE LLC, the data you provide will be processed solely by us for the purpose indicated in the statement of the action and its corresponding legal conditions.
5.4.- Express Consent for Advertising Calls and Ads
iSE LLC undertakes to obtain the express consent of users before sending them advertising messages, whether by phone calls or by digital means such as Facebook Ads.
5.4.1.- Lawful Source of Data: Personal data used to send advertising messages will always be obtained from lawful sources.
5.4.2.- Right of Opposition: Users have the right to refuse, revoke or oppose the processing of their personal data for advertising purposes. If you prefer not to receive advertising calls or Facebook Ads Messages, contact us through the social network itself or at [email protected].
5.5.- iSE Educational Credits, referrals and benefits
To administer iSE Educational Credits, promotional benefits, referrals, loyalty campaigns, attributed sales and administrative adjustments, iSE LLC may process information associated with the user's account, purchases made, products acquired, coupon use, credits earned, pending credits, available credits, used credits, expired credits, adjusted credits, movement history, referral codes, relationship between referrer and referred user, linked orders, notifications sent and metadata necessary for audit, support, fraud prevention and enforcement of the Terms and Conditions.
This information is used to calculate benefits, validate eligible purchases, apply program restrictions, record movements, inform the user about credit earning, availability, use, expiration or adjustment, resolve support requests, detect operational errors, prevent system abuse, investigate fraudulent or suspicious activity and protect the integrity of the Platform.
iSE LLC may retain records related to credits, referrals, orders, adjustments and audits for the time necessary to comply with contractual, accounting, legal, security, fraud prevention, claim handling and dispute defense purposes.
6.- Data banks and their conservation
In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Regulatory Framework, iSE LLC informs users of the Platform that the user's personal information will be incorporated into the data banks owned by iSE LLC.
Data banks may also be stored through external servers (and we use other companies to provide external services. For example, payment processing and other forms of payment). The conservation time of the data will be in accordance with the purpose of its storage.
Without prejudice to this, iSE LLC is hereby authorized to keep certain information after fulfilling the purpose; in order to serve as evidence in the event of a possible claim against iSE LLC for liabilities derived from the processing of said information.
In that sense, through this Policy the user gives their express consent for the inclusion of their personal information in the aforementioned data banks. Therefore, we will keep your personal data as long as you do not request its cancellation as the owner of the data and/or as long as they are necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected.
User data uploaded by iSE LLC to pages and profiles on social networks will be kept from the moment the user offers their consent until they withdraw it.
User data who have contacted via WhatsApp Business are deleted monthly.
Data about your registration on our platform will be kept until you unsubscribe.
7.- Data shared with third parties
There are third parties that manage part of the Service. iSE LLC requires them to comply with this Privacy Policy where applicable, in addition to having their own. However, iSE LLC will not be responsible for compliance with said policy. Under some circumstances, iSE LLC may share, use, preserve or disclose Personal Information with third parties, in a non-aggregated manner.
7.1.- To provide the Service
Service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as payment services, web hosting, commercial analytics, mail manager, emailing tool and CRM, or the agency that processes billing data, may collect and have access to the information necessary to perform their functions. These providers are not allowed to share or use the information for any other purpose.
7.2.- Responsibility
iSE LLC is not responsible for possible damages or losses that may derive from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of the electronic system, delays or blockages in the use of the Platform, motivated by causes beyond iSE LLC. Likewise, iSE LLC assumes no responsibility for possible damages, fines or legal actions that may be caused by reason of the breach of the obligations of the external servers hired for the Platform.
7.3.- Links to Other Websites
The iSE LLC Platform may contain links to other websites. We assume no responsibility for the content of the privacy policies and/or practices of other websites. When a user accesses a link that redirects them to another website, they must accept and be subject to the privacy policy of said website.
7.4.- Cooperation with Competent Authorities
iSE LLC may share Personal Information with third parties to cooperate with competent authorities if we believe it is reasonably necessary to satisfy any law, legal process or legitimate interest by virtue of court orders and/or legal provisions. In any case, we will only provide the strictly required information.
8.- Security Measures
iSE LLC adopts all necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the security and integrity of the personal and non-personal information collected, both against unauthorized access and its accidental alteration, loss or destruction. In any case, iSE LLC cannot guarantee the absolute security of the collected information, so you must collaborate and use common sense at all times about the shared information. You understand and acknowledge that, even after its deletion, personal and non-personal information may remain visible in cache or if other users have copied or stored it.
9.- Cross-Border Data Flow
The servers, providers and/or computers used by iSE LLC to provide its services may be located outside the country or under another governmental jurisdiction. The User authorizes iSE LLC to transfer, store and process their Personal Data internationally (“Cross-Border Flow”) in accordance with the provisions established in the Personal Data Protection Regulation, for which they manifest their prior, informed, free, express and unequivocal consent.
10.- Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy in the future. We will inform you about its changes by sending a notice to the email address provided and/or placing a notice in a prominent place on our website.
11.- Cookies
We use the user's IP address to identify problems, administer the Platform and identify traffic behavior patterns. Cookies or similar technology are also used to offer you content according to your interests and to store your password so you do not have to enter it again every time you return to the Platform, it is important to mention that we use different types of cookies, data collection tools, profile analysis and online advertising.

12.- Appointment of a Personal Data Officer (DPO)
To guarantee compliance with our obligations regarding personal data protection, we have appointed a Personal Data Officer (DPO). The DPO is responsible for advising on legal obligations related to data protection and acts as a contact point between our organization and the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (ANPDP). 13.- Assignment of contractual position
You expressly authorize the assignment of this Policy and Personal Data in favor of any person who 1) becomes bound by this Policy; and/or 2) who is the new controller of the data banks containing Personal Data.
After the assignment, iSE LLC will have no responsibility regarding any event that occurs from the date of the assignment. The new data bank controller will assume each and every one of iSE LLC's obligations established in this Policy regarding the processing, safeguarding and conservation of personal data.
14.- Applicable Legislation
The Privacy Policies are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Peru, subject to the competence and jurisdiction of the National Authority for Personal Data Protection in the claim channel or before the Judges and Tribunals of Lima, Peru.

I declare that after having read the Privacy Policy, I expressly accept all the terms contained therein and also authorize iSE LLC to send me advertising and/or commercial material. As a sign of conformity, proceed to fill out the visitor user purchase form.
